This website is operated by Liz Ann Rodriguez (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you have any questions about this policy or your information, you can reach us at lizannrodriguez@icloud.com.

We only collect the information you choose to share with us through the forms on this site:

• Speaking/booking requests: your name, email, phone (optional), organization, and the event details you provide.
• Contact messages: your name, email, and the message you send.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and you should not submit payment-card details or other people’s private information through these forms.

• To respond to your booking inquiry, message, or question.
• To send you a confirmation that your request or message arrived.
• To keep records of correspondence related to ministry events.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Submissions are stored in a secured database, and access is limited to Liz and those who help her run this site. We use trusted service providers to host the site, store data, and send email on our behalf; they may process your information only to provide those services.

We only email you in reply to something you sent. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted — just email lizannrodriguez@icloud.com and we’ll take care of it.

This site does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers to follow you across the web. The admin area uses a sign-in token stored only in the administrator’s own browser; it is not used to track visitors. Teaching videos are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo; their players load only when you press play, at which point that provider’s own privacy policy applies.

The forms on this site are intended to be submitted by adults and ministry leaders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected here.
